We’ll Always Have Your Back

As an Any Lab Test Now franchisee, you’ll be in business for yourself, but never by yourself. The level of guidance and oversight built into our business model means you’ll always have access to the support, training, and community that makes you truly feel like part of our growing family. There are three main areas of oversight: franchise support, training, and community.

Franchisee Support

Once you sign on to become an Any Lab Test Now franchisee, you’ll receive turnkey guidance in getting your retail-based storefront secured. The brand’s Implementation and Onboarding Team moves in. Following our detailed guide on getting started, they’ll offer expertise and assistance on:

  • Site selection of your retail-based storefront
  • Build-out
  • Vendor account setup
  • Grand opening

Once you’re up and running, you’ll be assigned your own Franchisee Business Coach. This contact will be your primary point of contact and put you in touch with these Any Lab Test Now contacts as needed:

  • Lab-testing specialists for clinical, DNA, and toxicology
  • Marketing, sales, and promotions
  • Financial guidance
  • Local B2B and B2G business development
  • Call center services

Franchise Training

As you onboard as a new franchisee, Any Lab Test Now will provide access to our online training portal, consisting of active coursework and a brand certification program for medical assistants. Approximately two weeks prior to your soft opening, you and your medical assistant will attend a weeklong training course in Atlanta, GA. You’ll cover business, operations, lab tests, compliance, customer experience, marketing, and sales. With Any Lab Test Now, your training doesn’t end after the ribbon-cutting ceremony. Our ongoing webinars, Town Hall and regional meetings, and franchisee conference will continually guide your success.

Franchise Community

Part of what makes the Any Lab Test Now franchise a strong brand is our commitment to give back to our communities. Franchisees are encouraged to volunteer, fundraise and participate in local efforts that benefit our neighbors. Our business model teaches us that mindset and expertise builds success, which we believe should be duplicated in our efforts to support those in need. Benefactors have traditionally included the following national organizations:

  • American Kidney Fund
  • Colon Cancer Alliance
  • Delete Blood Cancer
  • Juvenile Diabetes Research Fund (JDRF) Ride for a Cure
  • Children’s Hospital of Colorado Foundation
