What does “best” mean to our brand?  Our home office personnel strive day in and day out to support franchise owners.  Support ranges from quickly responding to questions; sales and marketing assistance; negotiating lab prices; to a robust Medical Assistant Brand Certification program and training portal.

It means living our Core Values.  We sometimes have to turn away vendors, clients and even prospective franchisees because they just don’t quite meet our core beliefs and expectations.  All of us must be our best day in and day out, to amplify our brand experience.  We take great care of customers who hate needles, are dealing with an emotional personal or medical issue, or are protecting their teen by testing them for drugs or nicotine.
