Core Values define our franchise system’s culture and how we do business at all levels of our relationships – Franchisor, Franchisees, employees, vendors and customers.

Let’s share a few examples.

Integrity:             Our customers and clients depend on the validity and quality of the test results we provide.  Therefore, it is important that every new lab test offered through our franchise system is first vetted through the appropriate department – clinical, drug and alcohol, or DNA – then ultimately evaluated by our Medical Director.  Any Lab Test Now’s main references laboratories are the same labs relied upon by physicians.

Empowerment:                                Any Lab Test Now empowers its franchise owners to help us Be Proactive, through collaborating on suggestions for new products and services, marketing initiatives, technology and more; testing new services and innovation; and participation on the Franchise Advisory Council or special committees.  On another level, we empower our customers to take control of their health by using lab testing services.
