It’s fun to make a new year’s resolution as each year rolls around, but how many have you actually stuck to? We know how it is because we’ve been there. Here are a couple suggestions that ANY LAB TEST NOW® can help you with in order to maintain your healthy living related resolutions.
As you’re preparing your resolutions for the new year, keep these two tips in mind:

Establish your baseline with initial testing to help you actually keep track of your results. This can help you provide a comparison to all of the progress you’ve made throughout the year and show you what’s working and what may not be.

After you’ve done that, measure your progress each quarter. That’s only 4 times a year; you can do it! Some people may overlook internal aspects of health, but it’s essential to pay attention to it because what’s happening on the inside is more important than outside.
