If you have a lab test kit that was purchased elsewhere or given to you by your doctor, we can help collect the blood samples that kit needs for processing and analysis. Doctors orders are not required- simply read your kit’s instructions, prepare anything they require ahead of time, and bring all of your kit’s contents with you to your appointment.
We will collect your kit’s blood sample on your selected appointment’s day and time. Walk-in appointments are also available on a first-come, first-serve basis, as long as you prepare any elements of your kit that require preparation ahead of time and bring them with you.
We can assist with drawing any blood samples that need to be collected for your kit. We do not currently assist with urine, hair, or nail samples.
Many of our locations can ship your kit on your behalf, dependent upon courier availability, their daily pick-up times, and provided you bring a prepaid shipping label with you. Please contact our location if you have any questions on shipping.
