DRUGS & ALCOHOL TESTING

The 10 Panel Rapid Drug Screen (Urine) will qualitatively identify the presence or absence of ten (10) different classes of commonly abused or misused drugs or their metabolites.  This test is only to be used for drug screening purposes.  All positive results are considered presumptive and should not be interpreted as definitive evidence of substance use unless additional laboratory-based testing is conducted.  Confirmation of presumptively positive rapid drug test results by an independent laboratory is available, if necessary.  Additional charges for laboratory confirmations apply.

On average, most drugs are detectable in urine for approximately three days after the most recent use or exposure.  Only a confirmed positive result for a drug or drug metabolite can be considered evidence of use or exposure in that time period.

This test requires a standard urine sample that can be collected at the Any Lab Test Now store location of your choice.  If you require a directly observed specimen collection, please contact your local Any Lab Test Now to confirm availability of this service before purchasing this test online.  Note that there may be an additional fee for directly observed collections that will be charged when you arrive for your appointment.

The 5 Panel Rapid Drug Screen (Urine) will qualitatively identify the presence or absence of 5 different classes of commonly abused or misused drugs or their metabolites.

The PEth Alcohol Test (Blood) is able to identify alcohol use in a person as far back as 3-4 weeks prior to the specimen collection.  Phosphatidylethanol, or PEth, is formed in red blood cell membranes when they are exposed to alcohol.  It is considered a direct biomarker for alcohol consumption.

Research has shown that use of alcohol-based hand sanitizers and mouthwashes will not affect the results of a PEth test.  A confirmed positive result for PEth can be interpreted as evidence of alcohol use.

This test requires a standard blood sample that can be drawn at the Any Lab Test Now store location of your choice.

This Designer Stimulants Panel includes 21 compounds that are often synthesized for illicit use and can go undetected in a common drug test. Abuse of designer stimulants continues to be a problem in the US as they are easy to obtain and often produced with legal ingredients. This test includes seven newer generation compounds that have recently be found in bath salts. Also included are 14 potentially dangerous drugs such as Ecstasy and Khat.

Dextromethorphan (DXM) is an antitussive (cough suppressant) medication that is generally found in many over-the-counter cold and cough medications.  When taken as prescribed on the label side effects are mild and include fever, dizziness, nausea, vomiting, pupil dilation and excessive sweating.  However, DXM can and is being abused by many young adults and teens.  Serious side effects when taken in large quantities are concerning and include seizures, confusion, agitation, impaired coordination, disorientation and hallucinations.

If you require a directly observed specimen collection, please contact your local Any Lab Test Now to confirm availability of this service before purchasing this test online.  Note that there may be an additional fee for directly observed collections that will be charged when you arrive for your appointment.

The 5 Panel Drug Test (Hair) will identify the presence or absence of five (5) different classes of commonly abused or misused drugs and/or their metabolites.  As a laboratory-based test, this panel includes a routine screen for each drug class, as well as any necessary confirmation testing.

Drugs and their metabolites are deposited in hair as it grows through exposure to blood, sweat, and skin oils.  On average, most drugs are detectable in head hair beginning at 7 days after use and extending as far back as 90 days if the hair sample collected is at least 1.5 inches in length.  A confirmed positive result for a drug or drug metabolite is considered evidence of use or exposure in that time period.  Note that body hair does not grow at the same rate as head hair, therefore the window of detection is less precise.

This test requires a head or body hair sample that can be collected at the Any Lab Test Now store location of your choice.

Review of drug test results by a Medical Review Officer (MRO) is available if needed. MRO services may incur an additional cost. Contact your local Any Lab Test Now for pricing.

The EtG (Ethyl Glucuronide) Alcohol Test (Alcohol Metabolite) (Hair) test will identify the presence or absence of EtG in a hair sample.  As a laboratory-based test, this panel includes a routine screen for the presence of EtG, as well as any necessary confirmation testing.

Ethyl glucuronide is a metabolite of alcohol that can be used to detect alcohol use in people for a longer period of time than direct tests for alcohol.  EtG is deposited in hair as it grows through exposure to blood, sweat, and skin oils.  On average, EtG will become detectable in head hair beginning at 7 days after heavy alcohol use and extending as far back as 90 days if the hair sample collected is at least 1.5 inches in length.  A confirmed positive result for EtG is considered evidence of heavy alcohol use in that time period.  Note that body hair does not grow at the same rate as head hair, therefore the window of detection is less precise.  Results of this test cannot be traced back to a person’s blood alcohol concentration at a specific time in the past.  Infrequent use of alcohol also may not be detectable using this test.

This test requires a head or body hair sample that can be collected at the Any Lab Test Now store location of your choice.

The Drug-Facilitated Sexual Assault Panel (Urine) is specially designed to identify the presence or absence of five (5) common drug classes known to be used in cases of “date rape” or other drug facilitated crimes.  As a laboratory-based test, this panel includes a routine screening test for each substance, as well as any necessary confirmation testing.  The exact detection times vary based on the specific drug.  A confirmed positive result for any substance in this panel can be considered evidence of recent exposure.

The Synthetic Marijuana Urine Drug Test will test for the presence or absence of five variations of the designer drug known on the streets as “Spice” or “K2.”  It is also known as “fake weed”, “yucutan fire” and “legal bud.”  Further testing may be necessary if you need a quantitative value.  Spice and K2 are known as “fake marijuana,” but they will not be detected in a standard drug test, such as a 5 Panel or 10 Panel.

The Fighter Panel is specifically designed specifically for those involved in MMA, Boxing, Kickboxing and other Combative Sports.

Some competitive fighting sports require lab tests for the safety of the competitors.  Fighters need to be in top notch shape and need these tests to be eligible to compete.  Diseases that compromise your immune system can derail the best training program and knock you out of competition.

Synthetic Marijuana, called K2 or Spice, use has become widespread in the US, especially by those trying to avoid detection during drug testing. The drug compound was initially developed in a laboratory to study the effects of the active ingredient of marijuana, THC, on the brain. The formula for the drug, named JWH-018 in the lab, was soon marketed as a legal substitute for marijuana.

K2/Spice mimics the effect of THC but is usually much stronger than marijuana and can cause unexpected side effects such as seizures, hallucinations, psychotic episodes, severe kidney damage and heart attacks.
