Joseph H. Neely
CEO
Joe has 25 years of experience in building and running companies in healthcare, technology and the Internet industries, and served as a master developer in franchising and as a multi-unit franchise owner. Joe started and sold to RedSky (now Agency) a technology company focused on CRM, called Customer Management Solutions, where he went on to become Senior Vice President, Sales and Marketing. Prior to that, he started a healthcare-focused CRM company and sold it to Halis Inc., a public company concentrated on practice management systems. Joe has an MBA from Emory University in Atlanta.
Clarissa Windham-Bradstock
Chief Operating Officer
Clarissa has served as a Vice President of Client Services, COO, Vice President of Operations and CEO of both private and publicly held organizations. She has extensive experience with healthcare related organizations focused on physicians, insurance carriers, nursing professionals and dental practices. As COO for Any Test Franchising, she and her team are responsible for making the franchisees successful in reaching their operational and financial goals.
Terri L. McCulloch
Vice President, Sales & Marketing
From March, 1999 to April, 2005, Terri served as the Director of Business Development for the first direct-to-consumer DNA identification testing laboratory, IDENTIGENE, Inc., based out of Houston, Texas. She then became the Chief Development and Operating Officer for DNA Services of America, from May, 2005 to February, 2008. Terri then created a consulting business to support small woman-owned businesses, IRIS Growth Solutions, which operated from April, 2008 to May, 2009. In May, 2009, Terri became the Director of Sales & Marketing for ExperTox, Inc., a toxicology laboratory in Houston, until she joined ANY LAB TEST NOW in July, 2010. She manages the company’s brand, as well as all aspects of sales and marketing support to the company’s franchisees.
Sean Neely
Vice President of Franchising
Sean has 15 years of franchise development experience in addition to a vast background in franchise marketing. Mr. Neely served as the Vice President of Franchising to Ladies Workout Express, a ladies-only fitness concept developed in the early 1990’s. Focusing on new market development for both the Franchise Company and franchisee locations, the chain became one of the largest fitness franchise companies across the U.S.
