Non Invasive Prenatal Legal (NIPP)

DNA testing can be used to determine if there is a biological relationship between two individuals. This is typically done by obtaining genetic material (DNA samples) from the two individuals, then comparing these samples. 

The Non-Invasive Prenatal Paternity Test can be used to determine the biological father of a child before the child is born. It requires a blood sample from the mother and a cheek swab from the alleged father. The fetal DNA is then separated from the mother’s DNA to create a DNA profile for the fetus. The DNA profile of the fetus is then tested against the alleged father’s DNA profile. This test can be performed at 7 weeks of pregnancy or later. 

The results from this non-invasive prenatal paternity test can be used for legal purposes.

You will receive your test results through the e-mail address provided in your order.  Some store locations use our test results portal. Some store locations provide test results through secure e-mail.

No, we offer a few options to make it most convenient for you.  You can just walk in during our work-friendly hours; or, you can schedule an appointment to accommodate all tested parties’ calendars.
