Do I need to take a blood test before receiving these injections?

No, you are not required to take a blood test first.

Can I take bundled injections home with me?

No. All shots must be administered at the Any Lab Test Now store location. Clients are not permitted to take shots home with them.

How frequently can I get these injections?

Vitamin B12 injections can be given 1 time every 2-4 weeks. Vitamin B12 with Lipotropics (MICC) injections can be given 1 time every 4 weeks.

What are the benefits of nutritional injectables?

How long until I can feel the effects from the injections?

Can I still take over-the-counter B12 supplements when getting B12 injections?

Any Lab Test Now cannot provide diagnosis or treatment recommendations. It is best to consult with your physician before receiving an injection.

Can I do these injections at home?

Do I need to fast?

No, you do not need to be fasting prior to receiving an injection.

Do I need to let Any Lab Test Now know about allergies I have?

Prior to receiving the injection, you will be required to carefully review a Consent Form. If you indicate noted allergies on this Consent Form, do not proceed with the injection.

Can I have an allergic reaction to these injections?

Where on my body are the injections administered?

Injections are typically administered in the deltoid muscle of the arm. Alternatively, they may be administered in the superior-lateral (upper-outer) quadrant of one of the buttocks.

Is there any post-injection care I need to do?

You may experience minimal tenderness, swelling, and/or bruising around the injection site. You must seek immediate medical attention if you develop any signs or symptoms of skin infection, or other significant side effects.
