Our Alzheimer’s Blood Test is a simple screen for adults age 50+ that looks at 5 biomarkers linked to changes in the brain associated with Alzheimer’s disease. The test analyzes proteins associated with the formation of amyloid plaques in the brain, including p-tau217, along with markers of cellular injury and inflammation, which work together to provide a clearer picture than a single marker alone. The test results provide an amyloid risk score (0-100) and categorization of low, intermediate, or high likelihood of amyloid plaques.
This test is not a diagnosis and is not intended for healthy individuals with no symptoms of cognitive decline. It is a tool to gauge Alzheimer’s‑related risk that should be evaluated by a clinician in the context of your symptoms and medical history. Results are designed to help you and your care team decide on appropriate next steps, which may include additional tests or imaging. To support you, every test includes a coaching session with a board‑certified neurologist who will review your results, explain what they mean, and outline practical next steps. Our goal is to give you clear, compassionate information so you can plan with confidence.
Note:
LucentAD® Complete blood test is provided by Lucent Diagnostics. This test is not a standalone diagnostic tool and does not by itself confirm or rule out Alzheimer’s Disease. Please review your results with your doctor, who can place them in the full context of your medical history and other evaluations.
Individual assay values are for informational purposes only. Individual markers are not to be used for diagnostic purposes. These markers are combined in an algorithm to give a single score to indicate whether amyloid plaque is the cause of memory loss. This test was developed, and its performance characteristics determined by Quanterix Corporation in a manner consistent with CLIA requirements. This test has not been cleared or approved by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration.
The telehealth session provided in connection with this test is intended solely for educational and informational purposes. NeuroX clinicians do not establish an ongoing physician-patient relationship with individuals receiving these services.

This is a wellness test intended to provide you with diet and exercise guidance tailored to your individual genetic makeup. Test results are not intended to diagnose disease. Consider reviewing lifestyle changes with a healthcare professional, especially if you have a health condition or take medication regularly.
The Galleri® Multi-Cancer Early Detection (MCED) test is an innovative blood test designed to look for a signal associated with many types of cancer – even before symptoms develop. Unlike traditional screening tests that typically check for a single type of cancer, the Galleri test is designed to detect a shared cancer signal across more than 50 types of cancer with a single blood draw.
Many cancers do not have recommended routine screening tests and are often diagnosed only after symptoms appear. The Galleri test is intended to complement – not replace – recommended cancer screenings such as mammograms, colonoscopies, Pap tests, PSA testing, and lung cancer screening when appropriate.
This test does not diagnose cancer. A Cancer Signal Detected result requires follow-up testing to confirm if cancer is present. It does not detect all cancers and not all cancers can be detected in the blood. A healthcare provider should interpret your results in the context of your medical history and any additional testing that may be needed.
Early detection can make a meaningful difference for many cancers. The Galleri test offers a proactive approach to looking for a cancer signal with a simple blood draw, providing another tool to help you take control of your health.
Important Safety Information from GRAIL:
The Galleri test is recommended for use in adults with an elevated risk for cancer, such as those aged 50 or older. The Galleri test does not detect all cancers and should be used in addition to routine cancer screening tests recommended by a healthcare provider. Galleri is intended to detect cancer signals and predict where in the body the cancer signal is located. Use of Galleri is not recommended in individuals who are pregnant, 21 years old or younger, or undergoing active cancer treatment.
Results should be interpreted by a healthcare provider in the context of medical history, clinical signs and symptoms. A test result of “No Cancer Signal Detected” does not rule out cancer. A test result of “Cancer Signal Detected” requires confirmatory diagnostic evaluation by medically established procedures (e.g. imaging) to confirm cancer.
If cancer is not confirmed with further testing, it could mean that cancer is not present or testing was insufficient to detect cancer, including due to the cancer being located in a different part of the body. False-positive (a cancer signal detected when cancer is not present) and false-negative (a cancer signal not detected when cancer is present) test results do occur. Rx only.

- Lipid Panel- measures your LDL cholesterol, HDL cholesterol, and triglycerides.
- Lipoprotein (a)- can be a risk factor for atherosclerosis, coronary heart disease, and more.
- Lipoprotein fractionation- can help assess the risk of cardiovascular disease in people with certain risk factors (such as family history of heart disease, personal history of cardiac events, etc).
- hs-CRP- CRP is a protein that is made in the liver. Increased CRP levels indicate inflammation in the body. High-sensitivity C-reactive protein (hs-CRP) is more sensitive than the standard CRP test. This can be used to evaluate your risk of various cardiovascular diseases.
- Homocysteine- is an amino acid often used to diagnose certain vitamin deficiencies; it can also be a risk factor for the development of cardiovascular disease.
- Comprehensive Metabolic Panel (CMP)- measures your blood sugar and provides valuable information about your kidney function, liver function, and electrolytes

Symptoms of Lyme disease are very commonly mistaken for the flu. In the early stages of Lyme disease you may experience headaches, fatigue, sore muscles and joints, and a fever, but it may take anywhere from 3 days to a month for any symptoms to appear, if they appear at all. Up to 25% of those who have the disease show no symptoms. It is possible to not have any symptoms in the early stages of the disease and to not even remember being bitten. One very clear symptom is a round, red rash at the site of the bite. These rashes can get very large.
Lyme disease can be easily treated with antibiotics and is very effective in eliminating the infection. In 10-20% of those infected long term health issues can remain even after treatment, lasting up to 6 months or longer. If the test results are negative but symptoms are still present, a repeat test should be performed a few weeks later as it may take up to 2 months for antibodies to the Lyme disease bacterium to develop.

- Calcium – One of the most important minerals in the body. This mineral aids in the proper functioning of muscles and nerves, the formation of bones and a healthy cardiovascular system.
Protein:
- Albumin – This protein makes up about 60% of the protein in the blood. One of the main functions of Albumin is transporting hormones, vitamins, and ions like calcium throughout the body.
Electrolytes: These are essential minerals that are vital to normal body function including such as nerve conduction and muscle function. They are also vital to regulating the amount of water in the body for proper acid-base balance.
- Sodium
- Potassium
- Chloride
- Carbon Dioxide (Total CO2)
Waste Products:
- Blood Urea Nitrogen (BUN) – This is a waste product that is formed from the metabolism of protein, which is then carried to the kidneys and eliminated in the urine.
- Creatinine – This is also a waste product produced by the body’s muscles and also eliminated by the kidneys.
Carbohydrate:
- Glucose – This carbohydrate supplies energy to the body. The level of glucose in the blood is used in the diagnosis and treatment of carbohydrate metabolic disorders (i.e. Diabetes).
