All tested parties may schedule an appointment or walk into one of our locations for testing. Our friendly Medical Assistants will collect the samples needed for the test. As an alternative, some store locations offer Home Collection Kits. If the Home Collection Kits are available for online purchase at your selected store, you will see a “Buy At Home Kit” button on this page. After you complete your purchase, a kit will be sent to the address(es) you designate and you can collect the samples yourself, then ship them directly to the lab for testing. 

The basic test kit contains collection supplies for 1 child and 1 alleged father. Test results from the Home Collection Kits are not legally admissible.
