As Travel Rebounds, Make Sure You are Prepared to Avoid Headache & Hassle

Travel is already back to normal in some places. When you couple holiday travel with everyone’s desire to get back to normal, you see the highest travel rates to outdoor destinations like the beaches and the mountains.  Other areas where restrictions have been lifted and also offer outdoor activities are seeing their numbers return to pre-pandemic rates.

As you plan your travel, especially if you plan to travel outside of the U.S. you’ll want to make sure your pre-travel preparation includes checking with your destination and travel carrier to determine exactly what requirements they have in place for COVID-19 test results and/or documentation of vaccination.

Watch the video below for traveling tips:

Filling The Void For COVID-19 Antibody Testing

After weeks of confinement and the relaxing of the stay at home regulations, our customers have reached out to us requesting COVID-19 Antibody testing.  Since COVID-19 Antibody testing can give healthcare consumers important information, and is in line with local, state and federal government strategies for getting the country back to work, we have decided to provide this important testing service to the community.

It’s important to note we do not test customers who have COVID-19 19 symptoms, and we will pre-screen customers to ensure the safety of our staff by directing those who are symptomatic to the most appropriate healthcare facility.  The COVID-19 Antibody testing is only applicable to people who think they may have had COVID-19 and are no longer having symptoms.

Researchers and scientists do not have conclusive evidence that testing positive for COVID-19 antibodies will protect anyone from future infections, but employers, health officials and the government believes that it is the first step in giving us more information about previous infections.  According to the CDC, antibody tests may play a critical role in the fight against COVID-19 by helping healthcare professionals identify individuals who have been exposed to COVID-19 virus and have potentially developed an immune response. In the future, this may be used to help determine, together with other clinical data, whether these individuals may be less susceptible to reinfection.

Our loyal customers can be assured we are taking the necessary precautions to ensure your safety.  We will be offering the COVID-19 Antibody test at specific times and by appointment only! We’ll follow the CDC’s guidelines for healthcare professionals and medical facilities.  You can be assured that your health and safety remain our number one priority.

You can have COVID-19 Antibody tests fully paid by your insurance carrier or the government, with no out of pocket costs.  If you are interested in this option, please contact your health care provider.  Any Lab Test Now provides transparent pricing and an option for healthcare consumers who want fast and convenient access to laboratory testing and the physician order is included.  You can use your HSA or FSA for the cost of the test.

For more than 25 years, we have helped our customers “take control of your health™” by providing direct access to medical, toxicology and DNA lab testing with the physician’s order included in the cost of the test.  In order to have transparent pricing, we do not take insurance.  Now, more than ever, it’s important for healthcare consumers to have transparency in order to make the best health and financial decisions.  Our local business owners are eager to serve you and are thankful for the opportunity to continue helping communities that have come to rely on them for testing services for more than 2 decades.

Sincerely,
Clarissa Bradstock
CEO

To Our Valued Customers

Customer and employee safety is our top priority every day at Any Lab Test Now.

Due to the highly infectious nature of the Coronavirus (COVID-19), we are NOT testing for the virus.  Please keep in mind though, that while we are NOT testing for the coronavirus, Any Lab Test Now® remains a trusted option for customers who need to get routine lab work, but who do not want to visit a testing center where coronavirus testing is being conducted.

During your next visit to Any Lab Test Now, you can be assured that our locations have been sanitized several times a day AND that stringent protocols will be put in place. Your health and safety are our highest concerns.

According to the CDC, the best way to prevent illness is to avoid being exposed to this virus. However, as a reminder, CDC always recommends everyday preventive actions to help prevent the spread of respiratory diseases, including:

  • Wash your hands often with soap and water for at least 20 seconds, especially after going to the bathroom; before eating; and after blowing your nose, coughing, or sneezing.
    • If soap and water are not readily available, use an alcohol-based hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol. Always wash hands with soap and water if hands are visibly dirty.
  • Avoid close contact with people who are sick.
  • Avoid touching your eyes, nose, and mouth.
  • Stay home when you are sick.
  • Cough into your elbow or sneeze with a tissue, then throw the tissue in the trash.
  • Clean and disinfect frequently touched objects and surfaces using a regular household cleaning spray or wipe.
  • Follow CDC’s recommendations for using a facemask.
    • CDC does not recommend that people who are well wear a facemask to protect themselves from respiratory diseases, including COVID-19.
    • Facemasks should be used by people who show symptoms of COVID-19 to help prevent the spread of the disease to others. The use of facemasks is also crucial for health workers and people who are taking care of someone in close settings (at home or in a health care facility).

We look forward to serving you during this challenging time.

Sincerely,

Clarissa Bradstock
