This Blood Drug Test (5‐Panel) will determine the presence or absence of 5 types of drugs or their metabolites in the bloodstream. Blood drug analysis are best when it is suspected that someone is actively under the influence of drugs or alcohol. Drugs are detectable in blood within minutes to hours, depending on many factors such as the drug and the amount ingested.  This test is a laboratory-based test and includes a screen and a confirmation if necessary.

This  is  the  most  convenient  way  to  test  for  phosphatidylethanol  (PEth).  PEth  is  born  in  our  red  blood  cells  where  it  lives  as  part  of  the  cell  membrane. Studies  show  a  Blood  PEth  Alcohol  Drug  Test  can  tell  the  difference  between  intentional  use  and  incidental  exposure  of  ethanol.

This Designer Stimulants Panel includes 21 compounds that are often synthesized for illicit use and can go undetected in a common drug test. Abuse of designer stimulants continues to be a problem in the US as they are easy to obtain and often produced with legal ingredients. This test includes seven newer generation compounds that have recently be found in bath salts. Also included are 14 potentially dangerous drugs such as Ecstasy and Khat.

Dextromethorphan (DXM) is an antitussive (cough suppressant) medication that is generally found in many over-the-counter cold and cough medications.  When taken as prescribed on the label side effects are mild and include fever, dizziness, nausea, vomiting, pupil dilation and excessive sweating.  However, DXM can and is being abused by many young adults and teens.  Serious side effects when taken in large quantities are concerning and include seizures, confusion, agitation, impaired coordination, disorientation and hallucinations.

The 5 Panel Drug Test (Hair) will identify the presence or absence of five (5) different classes of commonly abused or misused drugs and/or their metabolites.  As a laboratory-based test, this panel includes a routine screen for each drug class, as well as any necessary confirmation testing.

Drugs and their metabolites are deposited in hair as it grows through exposure to blood, sweat, and skin oils.  On average, most drugs are detectable in head hair beginning at 7 days after use and extending as far back as 90 days if the hair sample collected is at least 1.5 inches in length.  A confirmed positive result for a drug or drug metabolite is considered evidence of use or exposure in that time period.  Note that body hair does not grow at the same rate as head hair, therefore the window of detection is less precise.

The EtG Hair Alcohol Test can detect ingestion of Ethyl Alcohol within the past 7 to 90 days. EtG is a metabolite of Ethyl Alcohol, and can be detected for longer periods of time after ingestion than simply testing for Ethyl Alcohol. This test is not an under the influence test.

The EtG (Ethyl Glucoronide) Hair Alcohol Test checks for the presence of the Ethyl (drinking) Alcohol metabolite, Ethyl Glucuronide

The Synthetic Marijuana Urine Drug Test will test for the presence or absence of five variations of the designer drug known on the streets as “Spice” or “K2.”  It is also known as “fake weed”, “yucutan fire” and “legal bud.”  Further testing may be necessary if you need a quantitative value.  Spice and K2 are known as “fake marijuana,” but they will not be detected in a standard drug test, such as a 5 Panel or 10 Panel.

Drugs and their metabolites are deposited in nails as they grow via the nail bed.  On average, most drugs are detectable in fingernails beginning at approximately 7-14 days after use and extending as far back as 3-6 months depending on the length of the nail clippings that are collected.   A confirmed positive result for a drug or drug metabolite is considered evidence of use or exposure in that time period.  Note that toenails do not grow at the same rate as fingernails, therefore the window of detection is less precise.

This test requires the clippings of all ten fingernails or all ten toenails.  Fingernails and toenails should never be mixed in the same sample.  The sample can be collected at the Any Lab Test Now store location of your choice.

Synthetic Marijuana, called K2 or Spice, use has become widespread in the US, especially by those trying to avoid detection during drug testing. The drug compound was initially developed in a laboratory to study the effects of the active ingredient of marijuana, THC, on the brain. The formula for the drug, named JWH-018 in the lab, was soon marketed as a legal substitute for marijuana.

K2/Spice mimics the effect of THC but is usually much stronger than marijuana and can cause unexpected side effects such as seizures, hallucinations, psychotic episodes, severe kidney damage and heart attacks.

The 5 Panel Drug Test Plus ETOH (Ethyl) Alcohol (Urine) will identify the presence or absence of ethyl alcohol and five (5) different classes of commonly abused or misused drugs or their metabolites.  As a laboratory-based test, this panel includes a routine screen for each drug class, as well as any necessary confirmation testing.  On average, most drugs are detectable in urine for approximately three days after the most recent use or exposure.  A confirmed positive result for a drug or drug metabolite is considered evidence of use or exposure in that time period.  Ethyl alcohol may be detected in urine for up to 12 hours after consumption of alcohol-containing beverages.  A confirmed positive result for ethyl alcohol is suggestive of recent alcohol use.

The EtG Urine Alcohol Test will detect ingestion of Ethyl Alcohol within the past 80 hours. EtG is a metabolite of Ethyl Alcohol, and can be detected for longer periods of time after ingestion than simply testing for Ethyl Alcohol. This test is not an under the influence test.  The specimen will be screened, and if necessary will be tested by GC/MS.

This urine cotinine (nicotine) test will determine the presence of cotinine/nicotine in the system. Cotinine is the metabolite or what is left after nicotine consumption and is the test of choice to evaluate active tobacco use or exposure to tobacco in many forms. Cotinine is more stable and has a longer life in the body than nicotine. However, nicotine is highly addictive and found in tobacco, cigarettes, and many other manufactured products such as e-cigarettes used for vaping. This test is a laboratory-based test and includes a screen and confirmation if necessary.

This  test  is  used  to  detect  and  confirm  if  there  is  a  presence  of  cannabinoids  in  the  system.

The Anabolic Steroid Test measures the levels of steroids in urine.
