Our Gender Reveal test analyzes a simple blood draw sample to determine the gender of your unborn child. A Paternity DNA Test compares the DNA between an Alleged Father and one Child.  We prefer the child’s Mother’s participation in the Paternity DNA Test since she contributed 50% of her DNA to the Child.

Informational Paternity Test results cannot be used for any type of legal purpose, such as adding or removing a father’s name from the child’s birth certificate, child support, visitation or other types of verified situations.  Informational Paternity Tests do provide answers and peace of mind if that is all you need.

All tested parties may schedule an appointment or walk into one of our locations for testing.  Our friendly Medical Assistants will collect your samples needed for the test.  As an alternative, some store locations offer Home Collection Kits.  If offered for purchase on-line, you will see a “Buy At Home Kit” button on this page.  After you make your purchase, a kit will be sent to the address(es) you designate and you can collect the samples yourself, then ship them directly to the lab for testing.

The basic test kit contains collection supplies for 1 child and 1 alleged father.

HIGH PROBABILITY OF PATERNITY INDICATES:

This non-invasive test gives you an accurate determination (with 99% or more certainty) of who the child’s biological father is as early as 7 weeks of pregnancy and eliminates risk to the fetus.

An analysis of the fetal DNA and the mother’s DNA can be used to help pinpoint the exact “genetic markers” that were contributed by the father. Then the DNA of the potential father is analyzed to determine the probability that his genetic markers are found in the child. This is known as a percentage probability of paternity.

A Grandpaternity DNA Test, also called a Grandparentage Test, compares the DNA from a child to his or her biological mother, as well as at least one biological paternal grandparent.  Since the alleged father inherited 1/2 of his DNA from his mother (grandmother) and 1/2 of his DNA from his father (grandfather), it is always preferable to include both biological grandparents in this type of DNA family relationship test.

An Infidelity DNA Test compares DNA that is extracted from an item submitted to a known reference sample, generally a buccal swab sample.  The DNA from the items are compared to see if the DNA matches or not.

There are no specific normal ranges for this test.  The test will indicate if DNA is present.  If a reference sample is submitted for comparison, the test will reflect if there is a match or non-match between the reference sample DNA and the unknown DNA found during the testing process.
