The discovery process of a brand’s franchise system requires a calculated and measured approach, and Any Lab Test Now is no different. Now into our second decade of franchised operations on a national scale, we’ve refined our discovery process into nine simple, but important, steps. This step by step process is how we learn about one another, allowing you to make an informed decision about owning and operating our franchise opportunity.

We want to know who you are, what motivates you, and how your lifestyle and financial goals align with Any Lab Test Now. If your territory is open and available, we’ll have you fill out a short application and set up your first appointment with a member of our development team.

After signing a required non-disclosure agreement (NDA), you’ll get to know us. Any Lab Test Now will share our go-to-market retail strategy, the direct access testing model, our sales verticals, training & support program, marketing, and operations. Then we’ll explain the steps and expectations for the rest of the discovery process.

As required by the Federal Trade Commission (FTC), who regulates all franchises, we’ll provide you with the Any Lab Test Now Franchise Disclosure Document (FDD). You must acknowledge receipt and be in possession of the FDD for a minimum of 14 days before closing on a franchise. The FDD is very detailed and includes multiple sections that disclose our brand’s financials and performance. When you’re ready, we’ll arrange a call with our Franchise Development Director to review and answer questions about the FDD.

At this stage, our executive team gets involved as we’ll schedule a thorough interview about your interest in our franchise system. You’ll want to make sure you’ve done your research and are prepared to ask any specific questions that are on your mind. At this stage, you’re advised to bring your “A-Game”, as we continue the qualification process to become an Any Lab Test Now franchise owner.

To get the real story of what it’s like to own and operate an Any Lab Test Now franchise, we provide the opportunity for you to speak directly with some of our existing franchise owners. It’s a one-on-one opportunity for you to hear from owners in our franchise system, a process in the franchise world known as validation.

In order to proceed to the next step in the process, Any Lab Test Now must verify your financial capability to own and operate the franchise. In addition, a routine background check is necessary. It’s a simple form to complete and clears the way for your personal Discovery Day session.

Making it to Discovery Day in the process is a big deal. It means you’ve met or exceeded the requirements to become an Any Lab Test Now franchise owner and you’re passionate about following through and joining our family. You’ll be invited to the brand’s corporate HQ in Atlanta, GA to meet firsthand with our executive  team. You’ll get an up-close and personal look at our host training center, as we share an in-depth look at our franchise system, culture, business model, and the training and support our franchisees can access through our remote call center. The day is designed to be lively, interactive, and jam-packed with activities, so come prepared with your final thoughts.

Following Discovery Day, the executive team will debrief and make a decision on awarding you the opportunity to join the Any Lab Test Now franchise family. If it’s a go, we’ll present a formal offer. If you accept, we’ll both have a lot to celebrate together!

Our corporate office will present a franchise agreement for review and execution, which requires a seven day waiting period before close. Once you sign on the dotted line and return, we’re in business and you’ll have a kick-off call with the Franchise Implementation Manager. Congratulations and welcome to the first day of the rest of your life as an Any Lab Test Now franchise owner!
