GI Microbiome Profile- Basic

Millions of people in the United States are affected by gastrointestinal (GI) disorders. Some GI disorders are infections caused by pathogens, such as bacteria, viruses, and parasites. Symptoms of a GI infection include diarrhea, vomiting, nausea, fever, abdominal pain, appetite changes, and more.

If you are concerned that you may have a GI infection, stool testing can help. Stool testing can detect pathogens in your digestive tract that may be making you sick.

The GI Microbiome Profile- Basic is a stool test that looks at 78 markers over multiple categories. There are also options to test for 92 or 98 different markers- if you are interested in testing for these additional markers, reach out to your closest Any Lab Test Now for pricing and other information.

Please note that for this test, you may be asked to collect your stool sample at home and bring it back to your Any Lab Test Now store on that same day for processing.
