Meet our Staff

Patrick Heitkamp, Any Lab Test Now and TestPoint CEO, is a self-made entrepreneur and received “Examiner of the Year” in 2005 by ExamOne. He takes a clear results approach to his businesses.

While managing ExamOne’s corporate office in Kansas City, Patrick used his business acumen to achieve exceptional paramedical services. Founded in 2001, TestPoint Medical is the culmination of Patrick’s training as an infantry medic, his experience as a paramedical examiner and a certified EMT. TestPoint Medical has grown to include five South Dakota locations and provides the vast majority of paramedical exams statewide. In an effort to further serve the needs of his clients he expanded his business to include Any Lab Test Now, with locations in Sioux Falls and Brookings.

Patrick lives in Baltic, SD with his wife, Jodi, and their two sons, Ethan and Aidan. Patrick enjoys spending time with his family, kick-boxing, and participating in mud runs.

Tara Engels joined the Any Lab Test Now team in 2011 with over nine years of sales experience. She had been with ABF Freight System for the past six years.

Tara is a graduate of South Dakota State University with a BS in Early Childhood Education and Child and Family Studies. She also has an Elementary Education teaching certificate from Black Hills State. Though she knew she loved children, she found after graduation that her true passion is in sales.

Tara has lived just outside the Brookings community her whole life. She and her husband, Jason, have a daughter, Jaya. Tara enjoys spending time with her family, traveling and running. Though the past couple years, Tara admits the only thing she has been able to really accomplish is running after Jaya.

Sara Smith graduated from SDSU with a bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design and Advertising and began working as a Marketing Specialist for a Brookings, South Dakota, manufacturer of digital display systems. Her career path took a turn when she got an associate’s degree from Lake Area Technical Institute as a Medical Laboratory Technician. After working in a local clinical laboratory for three years, the opportunity to work for Any Lab Test Now presented itself. The prospect of utilizing both degrees in one job was very enticing.

Sara lives with her husband, Andy, and their two young boys in Brookings. She likes to cook, garden and spend quality time with her family.

Laurie Stiegelmeier graduated from the University of Northern Iowa with a degree in Social Work with an emphasis in Family Counseling. A part time job turned into a business opportunity in 2002 when Laurie purchased OccuScreen from her employer. As owner and manager, Laurie provided Brookings businesses with individualized drug and alcohol testing for their employees. After ten years as a business owner, she sold her business to Patrick Heitkamp and joined the staff at Any Lab Test Now and TestPoint in Brookings.

Laurie and her husband John and their four children have called Brookings home for twenty-four years.  She enjoys family time, Jackrabbit football and crafting.

Ruth Morrill graduated from SDSU and then taught at Harrisburg High School in Harrisburg, South Dakota and Edison Junior High in Sioux Falls, South Dakota. In her years of service she provided nutrition education in the school system and for the WIC program. From there she went on to be Theraputic Recreation Director for United Retirement Center in Brookings, South Dakota. Most recently she has performed medical services for OccuScreen.

Kelsey Stoltenberg is a graduate of South Dakota State University with a BS in Health Promotions. She has over eight years of experience in health education and services while working in corporate, fitness, and research based environments. She has a passion for working with people and providing an exceptional level of customer service and convenience.

Kelsey lives with her husband, Chris, in Brookings. She enjoys being outdoors, traveling, cooking, and reading.

Liz Skordahl is a graduate of Southeast Technical Institute. She is a certified phlebotomist as well as a Basic Life Support instructor. Her ten plus years of experience in the medical field includes work as a blood bank assistant, patient coordinator, and medical services assistant.

Liz grew up in Brookings and now resides on an acreage near Elkton with her husband, Daniel, and three sweet children. Much of her time is spent chasing after Jack, Emma, and Grace. She also enjoys reading, cooking, shopping, and spending time with family and friends.
