Brand Manager

Minimum Requirements:

4+ years retail marketing experience with an emphasis on:

• Brand management and brand equity
• Creating, building and retaining strong customer relationships
• Creativity and Innovation for messages, campaigns and initiatives that can be easily used by or reproduced by small business owners to grow their local businesses

Strong interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills

Excellent persuasive presentation skills

Experience in clinical and/or toxicology testing services, and/or in franchising a plus

Advanced Proficiency in MS Office, including Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Social Media (Facebook, Twitter, foursquare, YouTube, WordPress)

Self-motivated, self-disciplined and goal-oriented a must

• Enthusiastic, positive “can do” attitude
• Must have a strong backbone with the ability to handle challenging situations

Responsibilities:

Manage the ANY LAB TEST NOW brand through

• Creating effective marketing messages, images and collateral development
• Handling brand compliance issues

Content writing, including

• Website content
• Press Releases
• eZine and other online articles
• TV/Radio/Video Scripts

Campaign development, implementation and execution within the franchise system

Public and Media Relations

Discovery Day Presentations and Franchisee Training

Oversee the sales and marketing implementation plan when bringing new franchisees into the system

Key communicator for franchisee questions and requests related to the sales and marketing department

Lab Testing Call Center Sales Representative (CCSR)

Bilingual in Spanish a Plus!

ANY LAB TEST NOW® in Alpharetta, GA is hiring specialized Call Center Sales Representatives (CCSRs)  to work 40 hours per week in a multi-shift environment (8 a. – 9 p. EST).  The CSSR is responsible for scheduling appointments for and selling lab testing services to customers at one of our 150+ store locations nationwide.

To be successful in this highly specialized CCSR role, the applicant must have at least two (2) years of sales experience, preferably within a call center environment.  Sales experience or expertise in clinical, toxicology or DNA/paternity lab testing is a plus.

Requirements

Answer incoming calls from customers, franchisees, business partners, and internal contacts.  Sell lab testing services and schedule appointments.  Book appointments in our web-based calendar system.  Become the authoritative source on lab test product knowledge, industry business practice (federal, state and local) and operational brand standards.  Provide answers to customer questions, and document call details in our case management (ticket) system.  Ensure customers are transferred to store locations effectively when appropriate.

•  Two (2) or More Years of Sales Experience, preferably with a call center background

• Strong Computer and Typing Skills, including Word and Excel
• Excellent Oral Communication Skills; bilingual in Spanish is a plus
