Biography of Henrica Hopman, Owner:
While the last two decades have taken Henrica Hopman from the Netherlands to Washington to Boca Raton, one thing in her life has been constant – her passion for medical science.
In 1988, Henrica began working as a Research Technician at the Netherlands’ University Medical Center in the Oncology department. Her various research projects involved the influence of cytostatics on the immune system and the use of immunotherapy as a new treatment for cancer.
In 1994, Henrica was promoted to Lead Technician, where she would conduct crucial research on renal cell carcinoma and on the in vitro activation of the immune system from patients with melanomas.
Ten years later, Henrica found herself beginning a new adventure – coming to the United States – as her husband experienced a job transfer to Mount Vernon, Washington.
In 2009, Henrica drew upon her extensive experience to open Any Lab Test Now, her own retail lab testing facility, right here in Boca Raton. Henrica and her outstanding staff provide a full range of clinical tests, including testing for cholesterol, diabetes, liver, thyroid, cancer and more. Henrica prides herself on providing high-quality lab tests within 15 minutes or less, regardless of whether someone has insurance or not.
Henrica Hopman was born and raised in the southeast part of the Netherlands, where she received her Bachelor degree in Biochemistry from that country’s Interstudy University.
